There is a physical world and an unseen spiritual world. A realm we pass through. Into one from another. We carry an energy from the momentum we create here. Because of this, isn't there a little less to fear?

| Such a feeling of ineptitude when I have a million thoughts racing across the screen of my mind.
Not completely clear, and yet shrouded in a fog of ambiguity. So ambigous my profound thought becomes, that it is overshadowed in my attempt to formulate it into coherency... and like the wind, it comes and passes before I have a chance to realize it.
| The one difference between those who have love and those who want love is that those who have love believe they deserve love.
They feel wholeheartedly worthy.
This worthiness begins with an authentic love of self from within. Seek connection to others through the connection to yourself.
Embrace vulnerability. It is what makes you beautiful. It's not comfortable, but it is not necessarily excruciating either. Investing in things where there is no guarantee is necessary to feeling alive. Take the leap because it is the core of insecurity, but also the birthplace of love, creativity... joy. So don't numb your vulnerability. We live all around it. In debt, obesity, over medicalization. As a result, we numb the grief, the shame, the pain at the expense of happiness.
"Don’t take anything personally. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering."-Don Miguel Ruiz

| The emblem of my generation's childhood is FFPS: Fun Fair Postive Soccer. Cooperation was encouraged. There were no losers and everyone got a trophy at the end. Us growing up and being told we were all individual and unique like snowflakes has really materialized into an interesting side effect of sorts. Accepted mediocrity. This outlook seems to suggest that success is inevitable whether you work hard or not... or maybe I just extrapolated a little too much out of the lesson that one, auspicious day in kindergarden...
Personally, my goal hasn't necessarily been to be original, but good before anything else.
I understand why it bothers us so much to have our actions "reduced" to a sum of our genes. I understand why the idea of things being destiny and not an individualized path we created on our own bothers us. I understand why we're inspired by stories of self-servers lifting themselves up to prosperity by their bootstraps. I understand why we idolize shape-shifters who reinvent our society. They are indeed, inspiring, but the majority exists under the middle of the bell curve. Lol. I guess we're all just secretly praying were beyond that point.
Anyway, just thoughts... there is beauty in everyone.. no matter the extremity of their freak factor haha... and a good dose of that and the avant garde is healthy to expanding our limits
| Do not fall into the trap of being so gripped with indecision or fear of making a wrong choice, that you don't do anything and waste lots of time running in circles. On the reverse, don't try to do too many things and lose your focus. You have to come to terms with the fact that there will probably be dead ends, but if you refer back to what you love combined with your God-given talents, you will find your way. | | |
